About Me

I fell in love with fitness before I even knew it to be fitness. I was the definition of hyperactive growing up, always moving and on the go. It wasn't until my sophomore year of college that I learned how to properly lift and began to prioritize my health & fitness.
At first, I struggled to feel confident and comfortable in a gym setting. I felt lost and unsure of how to program my workouts. Looking back, I wish I had a mentor to guide me through the gym, workouts, and form/ technique. But through consistency, trial and error, and time, strength training has made me feel empowered in a way I have never felt before.
This journey is anything but linear. Prioritizing myself and my health has overflowed into every aspect of my life, allowing me to become a better coach, friend, and daughter. I want to help other women feel empowered with their fitness and confident in & out of the gym!
